The instructions below are a reminder of the steps to take when creating a sample pin:

Charms Selection
The charms are divided in collections. Once you choose a collection, the products in that collection will appear. Kindly note, you must click the drop down menu to see all the available products within the collection.

If you like the pin and charms you chose, simply click “Add To Cart” and the whole pin set will be added. If you end up removing the pin or charm from your cart at the checkout page, it will remove the entire set and you will need to start over.

We try our best to display the true colors of our products, however due to lighting and other effects, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match. Also, the sizes of the pins and charms are not entirely accurate in the sample display; kindly review the exact dimensions of each product for accuracy. Lastly, please keep in mind that some charms may overlap each other due to their size.

The shipping time frame varies, depending on where the products are being shipped to. It takes 1 to 2 business days to ship out, and could take between 1 to 8 business days to be delivered to you afterwards. You can get a more accurate time frame when you select your shipping rate at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Please be advised that shipping couriers only deliver on business days (excluding holidays and weekends). We would highly advise that orders with deadlines be placed well in advance to ensure on-time delivery and avoid any shipping delays.

Kindly note, we are not responsible for shipping delays incurred by the third-party shipping courier.

In the interest of hygiene and for your own safety, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. All sales are final at time of checkout.

An exchange or refund will only be considered if the products purchased are defective upon receiving them. Please note, all our items are inspected thoroughly to ensure quality and satisfaction before being shipped out.

To ensure and preserve the quality of your pieces, please make sure to follow the steps below :

• Avoid direct contact with liquids, perfumes, oils, lotions, and chemicals. 
• Water or sweat can create a chemical reaction to gold plated jewelry that can cause tarnishing; therefore, kindly remove pieces before showering, swimming, and sleeping.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid heat and moisture.
• Store your pieces safely in a dark place; you may use the box they came in for storage. 
• When babies and/or children are wearing the pins, they should be supervised at all times, and the pins should always remain out of their reach. 
• The pins may puncture the fabric they are being pinned onto; it is therefore best to be used on knit fabric to avoid this.
