Our business, Pin The Baby, was first established in 2021, after over 6 months of preparation for our launch. We are a family owned Canadian business based from our hometown, Ottawa, Ontario. We were one of the first online shops in Canada that allowed you to personalize your own keepsakes and pins for any occasion. 

When I was pregnant with my son, I was trying to find a local pin business that allowed me to customize a protection pin to place on his clothing upon his arrival to the world; and I couldn’t find any that carried a wide selection of choices. I ended up settling for one that was premade, with no option of customization. That’s when I decided to look into opening up a business that gave each person the chance to customize their own pins for themselves, or gift to their loved ones. My baby boy inspired me to start this business, and I am so grateful for all the wonderful feedback we have gotten so far!

Many people like to create these beautiful pieces to cherish a memory of someone, as a meaningful keepsake, to be gifted to a baby or loved one, to be used at one’s baptism ceremony, to place on a bride’s bouquet and/or pinned to the groom's suit, and the list goes on. 

Although we are mainly known for selling our great variety of pins, our business is expanding into selling more baby-based products.
